Group registration
Complete this form below to register each member of your group for the WAESOL Conference. After each registration, you will need to return to this page to complete registration for each person in the group.
it is suggested that you wait to register someone who has a proposal pending until after you receive notification from the proposal review committee due to the $10 discount available for presenters.
Be sure to type the institution name (or school district or affiliation) and the names of each registrant carefully. We will use exactly you enter for our records, including conference name badges.
After the last person in the group has been registered, then a single online payment by credit card is the preferred payment option. If this is not possible, a check can be made out to WAESOL and sent by regular mail to the WAESOL Administrative Assistant, Indira Hazbic, at the address below or an institutional a PO is an option. Please indicate on the form below your choice as you register each member of the group.
The conference registration fee includes lunch, snacks, and a yearly membership to WAESOL from October 2010 to October 2011.
Registration fees may not be refunded unless notice is given 48 hours in advance. We order lunches in advance and the food service does not give us refunds for cancellations.
IMPORTANT: If you are paying with a credit card with a different name than the contact name, please indicate that clearly in the Comments/questions field below. It's important that we match the registrant name with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
