To register as an exhibitor for the 2012 WAESOL Conference, please complete this form below. After you submit your registration information, Bevin Taylor will contact you about the details of your submission and about payment options either by credit card online or by check or PO.
Tables will be pre-assigned on a first reserved, first served basis. Tables are 5 feet wide by 15 inches deep. All table space must be reserved in advance of the conference. Set up can be Friday evening or early Saturday morning and continue throughout the conference until Saturday at 5:30 after the Publisher's Raffle. See conference schedule HERE.
