- Onsite registration (day of conference at the registration area): $120
Complete this form below to register EACH member of your group for the WAESOL Conference. You will need to return to this page to complete registration for EACH person in the group. After the last person in the group has been registered, then a single online payment by credit card is the preferred. If this is not possible, a check can be made out to WAESOL and sent by regular mail to the address below or an institutional a PO is an option. Please indicate on the form below your choice as you register each member of the group.
Be sure to type the institution name (or school district or affiliation) and the names of each registrant carefully. We will use exactly what is entered below for the person's conference name badge.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate clearly the credit card name below in the Comments/questions field. It's important that we match the registrant names with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
We are not able to refund registration fees unless notice is given 72 hours prior to the start of the conference (prior to 8 a.m on Thursday). Many things are ordered in advance, such as the program, supplies, lunches, etc.
For your information, if you are paying by credit card, a Paypal account is NOT required.
